Abstract

The study aims to investigate how transformational leadership and individual characteristics influence turnover intention, with job satisfaction as a mediating factor. The data collection method used a saturated sample involving 165 respondents. Data analysis used path analysis. The findings indicate that transformational leadership and individual characteristics significantly influence job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on turnover intention. Transformational leadership has no significant effect, and individual characteristics have a significant effect on turnover intention. Organizations need to develop transformational leadership and consider individual characteristics in HR management to foster job satisfaction and manage employee turnover rates.
