Social firms prioritise social impact and financial sustainability over profits. Islamic social entrepreneurship promotes economic fairness and social responsibility. Islamic doctrines emphasise aiding the needy and fostering social welfare through charity deeds including providing food, education, and healthcare. Social enterprise is a company strategy that addresses social concerns and improves individuals and communities while making a profit. This paper examines the Islamic business model in social enterprise and its impact on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Social enterprise in CRM mapped with Islamic business model shows a gap.
