The interconnected and dynamic global environment has mandated that organisations, including universities, focus on revenue alone, which is non-sustainable. The university must generate adequate revenue and fulfil societal expectations. This research objective is to explore the integration of the Tawhidic paradigm and ethics into the training and development practices of Islamic universities. This proposition expects the achievement of revenue by assimilating ethical considerations, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability to ensure long-term sustainability and competitiveness. The researchers interviewed 11 informants (4 management, 4 academic, and 3 administrative) from 3 Islamic universities. The feedback indicates that management, academic, and administrative staff all play essential roles in incorporating Islamic values into university training programs that integrate ethics, social responsibility, and sustainability. The research suggests that Islamic universities should maintain the Tawhidic paradigm in their training and development programs. This will guarantee the thorough instillation of Islamic principles like rahmah (mercy), ihsan (excellence), jama'ah (collectivity), and ukhuwwah (brotherhood) in the development of management, faculty, and administrative staff. Future research should include more informants.
