Abstract

College students with decision-making power, foresight, and other qualities have become the new important direction of talent training in colleges and universities yet market now has higher and more modern standards for the general calibre of college students. Based on Social Cognitive Theory, Great Man theory, Trait theory, Relational leadership theory and Social-Learning theory, and research results of other scholars, the study lists variables, focusing on independent variable talent, social practice experience, leadership training program, family atmosphere, dependent variable leadership capacity, mediator variable leadership self-efficacy, moderator variables gender. This study organizes the findings of previous studies on college students' leadership and systematically explores theories connected to leadership. The results of this study are anticipated to advance the field of leadership research significantly. This study uses a quantitative research methodology, selects the most developed regions in China, and takes college students from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, and Dongguan Guangdong Province using Krejcie & Morgan to calculate the sample size. The data was collected online via the Star app then analyzed using SPSS and Smart-PLS statistical analysis results, further analyze the correlation and causal relationship between various variables, and verify the proposed hypotheses.
