CONSTRAINTS IN USING THE MOBILE JKN APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE INDONESIAN BPJS KESEHATAN PROGRAM

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the constraints in using the JKN Mobile application for BPJS Kesehatan Indonesia program participants. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. Data collection was carried out through literature study activities from various previous research journals conducted within the last five years conducted by researchers in the territory of Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the constraints in using the Mobile JKN application for BPJS Kesehatan Indonesia participants are constraints in terms of human resources, namely the community's adaptation to gadget technology and applications that are still low. The community still needs socialization and introduction to the JKN Mobile application. It was found that there are still many people who do not have Android gadgets. There are also constraints in the technical field, namely internet network conditions that are not yet well available to be able to access this Mobile JKN application smoothly. In terms of services contained in the Mobile JKN application itself, there are also still perceived constraints, namely users who have difficulty registering due to requirements that are considered difficult. Suggestions from this study are the need for intensive socialization, introduction, and education to BPJS Kesehatan participants regarding the use of this Mobile JKN application. There needs to be training on the use of the Mobile JKN application, especially for participants who are 40 years and over so that they can use this application better. In addition, the availability of an adequate internet network is also very necessary so that the Mobile JKN application can be used properly in all regions of Indonesia. In terms of system improvements in the application also still needs to be done so that Mobile JKN users feel more comfortable and convenient in using the application.
